Dr Alejandro Montilla

Dr Alejandro Montilla is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist with more than 25 years of clinical experience in women’s health and reproductive medicine, including over 4 years practising in Ireland.

Originally from Venezuela, he completed his specialist training there before going on to practise in Barcelona, Spain, and now Ireland.

Dr Montilla has extensive experience across all aspects of reproductive medicine, including IVF, ICSI, egg donation, fertility preservation, recurrent pregnancy loss and recurrent implantation failure.

Known for his compassionate manner, Dr Montilla takes a comprehensive and holistic approach to care, combining his expertise in gynaecology and reproductive medicine with treatment tailored to each patient’s individual circumstances.

Fluent in English and Spanish, he is committed to providing evidence-based and personalised care.
