Clinic Manager (Sandyford, Dublin) Full Time, Permanent / Sandyfo

Beacon CARE Fertility are hiring a Clinic Manager to lead the corporate and operational side of our Dublin-based fertility clinic. A senior, hands-on role for someone who can bridge clinical operations with strong business leadership in a highly regulated healthcare setting. 

What you’ll do:  

  • Drive strategic leadership and governance across the clinic  
  • Oversee quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; including accreditation, auditing, and adherence to SI 158/2006 and SI 598/2007 
  • Manage reporting, business information, and communications 
  • Oversee, resources, and facilities 
  • Lead commercial strategy and business development 
  • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team 
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and confidentiality across all operations 
  • Champion ongoing professional development 

What you’ll bring:  

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent experience)  
  • Senior-level corporate management background, ideally in healthcare  
  • Clinical background or strong clinical understanding  
  • Proven people-management experience  
  • Experience with accreditation, auditing, and regulatory compliance  
  • Knowledge of relevant Irish/EU healthcare legislation

Quality Coordinator (Sandyford, Dublin). Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview

Beacon CARE Fertility is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to support quality systems, documentation control, and the archiving of clinic records. This role is key to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate document reviews and maintain the electronic document control system
  • Distribute updated documents and track acknowledgements
  • Manage file collection, transport, and off-site archiving
  • Support internal audits and maintain audit schedules
  • Assist with incident/non-conformance reporting and follow-up
  • Maintain logs (recall log, risk register) and supplier documentation
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance records
  • Prepare monthly quality reports
  • Provide general administrative support to management

Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience working with a Quality Management System (QMS) in a regulated environment.
  • Strong administrative experience in a regulated environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently
  • Strong IT and report writing skills

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of patient confidentiality and documentation practices
  • Familiarity with SI 158 of 2006 and SI 598 of 2007
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Satellite Fertility Nurse (Drogheda) Part-Time

Fertility Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fertility Nurse or Midwife to join our team on a part-time basis at our satellite clinic based in Drogheda. Working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (3–4 hours per day), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing fertility treatment, in a friendly and supportive clinical environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse or midwife with a specialist interest in fertility care to join a well-established service, offering flexibility alongside meaningful, patient-focused work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical nursing care and support to patients attending the satellite clinic for fertility treatment and monitoring
  • Perform fertility-related ultrasound scanning as required
  • Undertake phlebotomy and specimen handling in line with clinic protocols
  • Support patients through their treatment journey with clear communication, empathy, and professionalism
  • Liaise closely with the wider clinical and administrative team to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with regulatory and clinic standards
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant national and European legislation and guidelines governing fertility treatment

Essential Criteria

  • Registered Nurse/Midwife, or eligible for registration in the General Division of the Register of Nurses/Midwives maintained by NMBI
  • Graduate Certificate in Fertility Ultrasound
  • Certified Phlebotomist
  • Experience working in Midwifery/Gynaecology, IVF, or Infertility care
  • Full working knowledge of all relevant national and European regulations, and their clinical and legal implications, including SI 158 of 2006 and SI 598 of 2007
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients
  • Previous experience working within a satellite or outreach fertility clinic setting
