Beacon CARE Fertility Patient Portal

my.beaconcarefertility.ie is Beacon CARE Fertility’s Patient Portal.  The Portal is being continually developed but at present it allows patients to:

• Complete Electronic forms and submit back to Beacon CARE Fertility
• Pay invoices or make part-payments
• View your account or request copies of statements or invoices
• Receive information notifications – i.e. documents sent to you from Beacon CARE Fertility
• Set your notification preferences and partner access
• Receive and download your CARE Maps Embryoscope videos
• Upload files/documents you wish to send to Beacon CARE Fertility to be added to your patient record

All patients registered with Beacon CARE Fertility are able to register for the Patient Portal.  You will receive an email on registration asking you to complete the Portal verification process.  Once complete you will have access to the above.
