Dr Israel Carmona

 Areas of special interest include: Egg Donation, Ovarian aging, Fertility Preservation / Egg Freezing, Recurrent Miscarriage, PCOS & Pre-implantation Genetic Screening.

Dr Carmona amassed his extensive fertility expertise in the USA, Spain and Mexico, as well as here in Ireland at Beacon CARE Fertility.

He is a Member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), both leading authorities in human reproduction.

His sub-speciality training (2008) in Human Reproduction was carried out with the team that achieved the first IVF pregnancy in Mexico and he reinforced his knowledge with a fellowship in Texas, USA (2010).

He has completed a Master’s Degree at the European Gynaecology Endoscopy School in Valencia and is currently working on his PhD in PCOS.

He is co-Editor of Spanish Fertility Journal “Revista Iberoamericana de Fertilidad” and is a Professor of the Masters of infertility programme (Valencia). 

His goals are to constantly improve the research programme and offer world-class fertility care with a patient-centred approach.
